Different communication techniques have helped convey the message/content to diverse audiences, some examples are the use of images and graphs(visual comm), gestures, facial expressions, body language, and eye contact(non-verbal comm), making the session interactive with listening to audience questions and assertive answering, understanding and expressing sensitivity to others' emotions and perspectives (empathetic comm), and giving examples for complex topics.

2. Empathy: Demonstrated empathy by supporting a colleague during a family emergency. Granted time off for the colleague and coordinated with the rest of the team to ensure project continuity. 

3. Sociability: Maintained strong connections with friends and acquaintances, ensuring meaningful interactions despite being an introvert. Regularly engaged with old friends, teachers, and other acquaintances, fostering lasting relationships. 

4. Persuasion: Successfully persuaded a project group to choose a unique and meaningful gift for a departing teacher. Advocated for a personalized certificate highlighting the teacher's positive qualities, complemented by a practical gift card. The thoughtful gesture was well-received by the teacher and appreciated by the group.

Developed a method to efficiently digitize handwritten marks and ensure correct data formatting. Notably, for a mini-project, observed the inefficiencies in teachers' manual grading processes and quantified the extent of the problem. This analysis was used to propose and develop a digitization solution. Additionally, observed teachers' preferences to select a well-received and thoughtful gift. 

3. Decision Making: Demonstrated decision-making skills during a mini-project by resolving a conflict regarding the use of an optical character recognition (OCR) library. Evaluated the feasibility of editing an existing library versus manual implementation, and proposed a practical solution by setting a time-bound challenge to determine the most efficient approach.

Utilized a system of writing down tasks with indicators to determine immediate priorities.
